The candidate must possess proven strong relationship building, prospecting, loan structuring, underwriting, negotiation, client management and client retention skills. Thorough knowledge of commercial products and services. Extensive knowledge of commercial lending laws, regulations and practices. Experience with treasury management products strongly preferred. Working knowledge of financial statements required. Local market knowledge,

relationships and community involvement required.
