Essential Functions: Lead the daily activities of client service associates. Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training. Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals. Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss. Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations. If needed, supervise branch activities in the
absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team. Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training. Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
