customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships and delivering results High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent Beginning October 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required.

Provides support to all assigned areas of branch operations where service or assistance is needed, including new accounts, teller, operations, and safe deposit. Basic math skills including the ability to accurately complete cash transactions, balance accounts, calculate interest, etc. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and communicate clearly to customers and employees.
Ability to regularly address and resolve problems involving multiple facets and variables in non- standardized situations. Effective organizational and time management skills.
