6. Cross sell products and services to new and existing clients as appropriate. 7. Discuss online banking and bill pay services with clients. 8. Discuss cash management products and services with commercial clients. 9. Refer clients to Electronic Banking for cash management service requests. 10. Process check orders for new and existing clients. 11. Process orders for bankcards as requested

by consumer and commercial clients. 12. Close DDA, SAV and CD accounts as necessary. 13. Answer and respond to telephone inquiries for new accounts and change requests.

14. Present product knowledge training in monthly staff meetings, as assigned. 15. Provide new account function cross-training to branch employees, as assigned. 16. Provide guidance and review of entity documentation and trusts, as assigned. 17. Back up paying and receiving teller coverage, required in smaller offices.
