but are not limited to the following: Within SCO (Source Capture Optimization) review queues, periodically throughout the day, for Consumer Mobile, Business Mobile and ATM, checking each transaction item for accuracy, correcting or rejecting if needed per banks procedure.

Correct SCO failed item transactions and provide accounting with daily failed item transaction reports. Process the Teller Services function for multiple departments within the Bank for non-cash transactions while adhering to the banks policies regarding approval limits and authorizations. Understanding and following the Banks policy regarding returned mail for customers with incorrect addresses; including coding accounts,

sending address change letters and updating and verifying addresses when necessary. Process all bank mail from customers for check deposits, including verifying legal dollar amounts, and check dates and following bank policy regarding deposit holds.

Process rebates and promotions to customer accounts, upon request. Perform customer research for statement and check image requests. Balance daily and reconcile monthly general ledger accounts. Review transactions for possible duplicate items, work with responsible employee to make corrections. Daily review of batch check file for Salem Five Bank checks to be printed and mailed to customers. Serve as back up to the Return Deposited item function.

Serve as back up to process the collection of Canadian and foreign items by completing using the appropriate software.

Support the Branches, Business Lines and Contact Center with operational issues and concerns and any exception items. Serve as back up to perform the signature review of large dollar items and reach out to the business lines for approval to pay items when necessary. Monitor multiple DNA cashboxes to ensure in balance daily. Validate remote deposit capture totals. Serve as back up to other Deposit Operations staff on various functions within their field of expertise. Maintain records in accordance with the record retention schedule for the department.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED and at least 2-3 years related experience or training required. Primary focus is on daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs under direct supervision with a little operating discretion; knows how to reference procedures and documents; knows production flow and retention procedures; Accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and projects. Knowledge of BSA, CIP and new account verification process preferred.
