S. Bank. SUMMARY Manages a complex private banking portfolio of individuals with high-net worth using banking strategies, solutions. Provides advice that is customized to the client's needs. Develops and maintains client relationships by engaging the resources of other parts of the organization to provide meaningful and

personalized service. Achieves deposit and loan volume goals, approves loans, and sells additional fee based services. KEY RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE Builds and maintains a product portfolio mix of targeted high value and high value clients; retains current clients and ensures customer satisfaction while growing portfolio with additional product and service offerings to current and potential clients.

Develops new relationships through: Calling on targeted potential clients to uncover prospect needs for products and services. Makes client focused recommends and product solutions. Develops sales plans and strategies to ensure achievement of deposit, loan and fee goals. Finalizes, helps

structure and close deals with a high rate of successful closure. Acts as a financial advisor by: Fully understanding the customers profile, financial status and financial goals to ensure the product and service offerings are in the customer's best interest.

Educating the customer about financial strategies, products and services that will meet or exceed their needs (e. g. financial planning, investments, insurance, credit, market trends). Monitors customer information, product selections, financial plans and market trends to identify new customer needs and opportunities to retain and grow portfolio. Cross-sells retail and trust services such as credit cards, personal trusts, and investment, financial, and estate planning services.

Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
