Our full-time employees usually work about 38 to 40 hours per week. Universal Vault Teller Qualifications and Experience: The Universal Vault Teller is responsible for assisting
members with their financial transactions, including receiving cash and other negotiable instruments, while providing service that meets credit union expectations.
Responsible for sales and servicing of all credit union products and services, while focusing on building relationships and building member loyalty and wallet share. Basic Expectations for Universal Vault Teller: Receive, process, and post member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments; sell money orders and other merchandise to members while ensuring service levels meet credit union standards. Balance cash drawer, negotiables and daily transactions. May assume additional teller
functions such as drawer audits, member account maintenance, and vault duties.
