place to work! Join the CTCU team! Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is looking for a Universal Vault Teller with customer service and sales backgrounds to work full-time at our Lake Villa branch. We are looking for individuals, just like you to be available Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 5:45pm and 8:30am to 1:30pm on Saturdays.

Our full-time employees usually work about 38 to 40 hours per week. To help us provide the incredible service our members expect, we also require our employees to be available to work at any of our locations, including Gurnee, Grayslake or Lake Villa. Universal Vault Teller Qualifications and Experience: The Universal Vault Teller is responsible for assisting

members with their financial transactions, including receiving cash and other negotiable instruments, while providing service that meets credit union expectations.

Responsible for sales and servicing of all credit union products and services, while focusing on building relationships and building member loyalty and wallet share. Basic Expectations for Universal Vault Teller: Receive, process, and post member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments; sell money orders and other merchandise to members while ensuring service levels meet credit union standards. Balance cash drawer, negotiables and daily transactions. May assume additional teller

functions such as drawer audits, member account maintenance, and vault duties.

Welcome members at the credit union and answer member phone calls; speak with members in an informative, knowledgeable, and helpful manner about CTCU products and services. Establish new memberships, complete member service paperwork, and initiate loan applications. Meet or exceed established referral and sales goals. Responsible for discovering problems, needs, and opportunities by listening for clues in conversations, asking open ended questions, completing fact-finding follow ups, researching member accounts, and assisting with product promotions. Assume additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the credit union and individual, and any other duties as assigned by management.

Some of the things we look for in a Universal Vault Teller are: Previous cash handling experience. Spectacular customer service skills, including the ability to communicate promotions effectively. Previous sales experience and proven success in this environment. Previous customer service experience. Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows based system with ease.
