Support the sales process in the branch by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers and referring customers to other colleagues for assistance with financial solutions. overall benefit to the customer. The colleagues in this role may be asked to work multiple branch locations to support a culture of flexibility and mobility to meet the expectations of our branch and customers.
As a Teller, you will: Perform customer banking transactions, identify and service customer needs and resolve issues. Support the sales process by referring customers in need of additional financial solutions. Share product and service promotions and new opportunities with our customers.
