is responsible for (4)-140,000+ square foot athletic facilities. This position is customer facing and a vital part of our company success. This role will work closely with our Building Engineers and provides a great teaching platform and additional opportunities in the future as a building engineer Full benefit offering available including Health, vision, dental, Free family membership to the clubs , ability to participate in 401K, and the companies employee hardship fund.
The Operations Associate is responsibilities include: Can identify and perform the correct preparation all surfaces for painting. Paint entire space including drywall patching or touch-up as directed. Experience on
surface other than drywall a plus. Follow company procedures and guidelines in regards to prep, painting, and cleaning. Other duties as may be assigned as needed.
Minimum qualifications: Must have at least 3+years of commercial painting experience Ability to stand, climb stairs/ladders and walk property on an as needed basis. Ability to regularly lift and/or move 25 Lbs. frequently, lift and/or move 40 Lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move 50+ Lbs. Ability to function in various weather and climate conditions.
