primers- Wash aircraft surfaces prior to painting- Mask aircraft surfaces as necessary protecting sensitive components, final wiping prior to paint application, prime and paint- Use proper painting techniques, mixing ratios, correct paint viscosity, identification of improper and/or unacceptable finish application-LO and Ram Coating application - Layout and apply required markings - Ensures the proper maintaining of equipment Responsible to lead group in accomplishing daily work assignments safely, delivering a high quality product, on schedule, and on budget.

Will be first line oversight for F-16 Paint Production. Leading and training crews in the day to day hands on requirements to

insure completion of assignments IAW with all processes, policies, and applicable tech data. Ensures the accuracy of aircraft documentation. Works with Quality to ensure product is IAW tech data and sells to QA.

Reinforces a culture that values and embraces Foreign Object Damage prevention. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
