Must have a minimum of 2 years paint experience in a high volume shop Must have wide knowledge and skills in auto spray painting: paint application; ability to use spray materials; perform proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment; and follow and maintain quality standards.

Waterborne paint experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate Knowledge in cleaning of panels, sanding and filling chipinteractionperience in masking and taping of vehicles Good communication skill, positive attitude and be able to nurture a team environment. $21 up to $25 per hour according to the applicant's experience. As a CAD drafter in Associated Scaffolding , you will take building plans, the scaffold estimator's drawings, and the scope of work to create complete shop drawings to guide our scaffold erectors in the field.

Working closely with the sales and safety teams you will learn the OSHA and industry standards for scaffold construction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Support the sales representative team by creating and modifying CAD drawings based on their designs. Review all work for completeness and accuracy before

Analyze existing building plans to assist the sales representative with their design. Assist the sales team by supplying them with any technical information or data sheets as requested. Complete other duties or special tasks as requested by the sales team and/or manager. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree or certification in Auto CAD or other computer-aided design software. The underpinning of success: Proficient in Auto CAD with a minimum of 2 years of professional or academic experience.

Proficient in common computer programs (Adobe, PDF editor, Word, Outlook email, and Excel).

The ability to analyze existing building plans. Great communication skills between co-workers and customers. Positive attitude. The ability to multi-task and stay organized. Experience with the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding is preferred but can be obtained after being hired. Keep informed on trends in design and guide Rapid Scale on design evolutions as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years' experience in a related field.
