PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Any level credential in sign language interpreting from: Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf [FRID] Quality Assurance Registry of Interpreters of the Deaf (RID) Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) Educational Interpreter Performance backssment (EIPA) secondary education with score of 3.5 or higher Possession of a national professional sign language credential. NOTE: Support of knowledge, skills, and abilities should be demonstrated on the application, in the education, in the work experience, in the work sample, in the interview and/or during reference checks.
