Lesonal Solvent products. Our Automotive Painter is responsible for ensuring the highest quality paint finishes on vehicles. Responsibilities: Apply automotive painting techniques to achieve a flawless and uniform finish Inspect painted surfaces rigorously to identify and fix imperfections Stay updated on new products and techniques introduced by Lesonal and incorporate them into the painting process as appropriate Prepare custom paint mixtures in-house to match specific color codes and customer requests Monitor and manage paint inventory, ordering supplies as needed to meet production demands To ensure optimal performance regularly maintain and clean all painting equipment Report any equipment
malfunctions or maintenance needs Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others from potential hazards associated with paint application and handling chemicals Work closely with technicians and team to ensure smooth teamwork and workflow Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency in all paintwork Qualifications: 5+ years (preferred) as an automotive painter, with a proven track record of achieving high-quality finishes Proficiency in using paint cameras, tint and mix paint formulas Demonstrate proficiency in both conventional and advanced paint application methods, including using spray gun techniques Must have your own paint guns and spray equipment
