Repairs, maintains and assists in the general construction, cabinet work, Hanging doors/door repair, drywall finishing, flooring, painting, etc. Responsibilities: Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail. Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture. Makes adjustments and doors, drywall, flooring and fixtures. Monitors building security and safety Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Provides painting

services at all sites. Qualifications: 5 plus years carpentry and painting experience in a commercial setting Sheet rocking, taping, plastering Drywall, plastering and painting work Replace or repair drywall: tapes, beds and textures; patch holes in plaster or sheetrock High school diploma/GED required Excellent follow-up and customer service skills Attention to detail, able to problem solve Ability to work independetly or as a team Apply to Crothall today!
