Resources Manager who shares our enthusiasm for driving talent and organizational excellence. As the HR Manager for the Digital Content hub, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and success of our creative teams. You will be the strategic partner to department leaders, contributing to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that support our mission and vision.

While no day will be exactly the same, you will have your hands in a variety of HR functional areas (including but not limited to): Providing high quality customer service support on HR business processes and operations, HR systems and special projects Serving as coach and advisor to people

managers and leaders on HR matters Advising employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters Conducting meaningful onboarding experiences for new employees and offboard appropriately Providing support with training, employee relations matters and recruiting/hiring Complying with all federal, state and local employment regulations Interpretation and application of policies and procedures Personnel recordkeeping - maintain confidential personnel and other HR records Assisting with training in HR processes and procedures Lead and develop HR department staff members Facilitate training for leadership and management team Conduct investigations as needed Prepare various reports

using Oracle HCM Cloud Assist with HR compliance areas, including FSLA, FMLA and EEO Perform other related duties as required and assigned, including providing support to the HR Department What do we need from you?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related program of study Minimum of 5+ years of Human Resources experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with HR systems, such as Oracle HRIS, a plus Love working with a team but can keep yourself busy and prioritize your own time and projects Strong analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with various levels of management and employees Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality A self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical, problem solving, organization and multi-tasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite at our Corporate Headquarters Experience in the broadcast industry is a plus!
