Our drafters should have experience in reading blueprints and familiarity with commercial exterior finishes (preferable ACM and metal

wall panels). An aptitude for architectural, construction, and drafting, as well as a willingness to work hard. Primary Responsibilities: Creating shop drawings.

Creating and altering construction sketches. Ongoing drawing focused collaboration with project managers. Management and organization of all CAD drawings. Printing of CAD drawings in various formats and packages and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner. Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits. Essential Job Requirements: · Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings. Thinking

creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work from start to finish of the job.

Creating and continually updating project drawings lists. Printing various formats of drawing sets for project managers and site superintendents. Keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made. Reviewing and checking drawings for errors, before being sent to project managers. Seeking clarity and understanding from engineers and project managers when you are not 100% certain of something. Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects. Other duties as assigned.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PAINTER AND PRODUCTION SPRAYER Our Painter/Production

Sprayers are some of the most talented employees on our team. Their eye for detail and finish work is next to none.

You would help us with wood finishing using pigmented and dye stains, as well as solid lacquers, water based lacquer and poly finishes. Our employees use air applied and wipe-on stains and their expertise to match tones. As a Painter and Production Sprayer, you play an essential role in helping us finish the products and complete our work orders on time by: Using your artistic ability to match stain tones; Select premixed paints, or match tones of finish to samples and provides tonal continuity throughout the entire project; Smooth (scuff-sand) and prepare surfaces for painting; Read work order and/or blueprint drawing or receive instructions from supervisor regarding project; U nderstand and have the ability to perform the finishing process unique to each product/work order; and Help in a variety of other duties within the department and shop areas.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSEMBLY WOODWORKER At least 18 years of age Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs Ability and desire to work with your hands Tolerance to vibration, noise, and variations in temperature Commitment to lean manufacturing practices We prefer experience in wood finishing, ranging from pigmented and dye stains to solid color lacquers, water-based lacquer and poly finishes in a wood-related application.

Experience in air applied and wipe-on stains preferred, but we can train the right person.
