They facilitate effective communication, planning, and decision-making pathways. The position will ensure IT resources are dedicated to high business value initiatives.

Job Duties: Establish and maintain strategic business relationship between IT and the business based on understanding patterns of business activity and IT service level targets Collaborates with members of the IT department to promote seamless interaction between IT and business areas Lead the orchestration of IT and business area resources required to deliver IT services

and business value Explain and manage advanced aspects of the demand management planning and service contracting processes Provide guidance and education of IT department capabilities and constraints to business areas Develop executive level business cases that show the business value of requested business initiatives that require IT support and services Execute and educate the initiative prioritization process using established techniques to determine ROI Utilize varied communication methods to present and gather IT service performance information for business areas Establish, monitor, and report customer satisfaction metrics for assigned business areas and collaborate to develop an IT

service improvement plan where required Act as a point of escalation for service incidents and project activities Prepare and present account plans and quarterly business reviews for assigned business areas Develop a strong network of contacts at multiple layers to assist delivering the Sinclair IT services more effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience: Ability to adapt to corporate organization and culture An extended track record of success in leadership roles, specifically at the director level Strong Project Management skills and experience in managing customer relationships, understanding business imperatives, and shaping service and solutions propositions, Advanced experience with negotiation and conflict resolution techniques that lead to win-win outcomes Ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility across the shared service function and with business leaders Able to coach and mentor a matrix aligned team, promote institutional change, adoption, and socialization of IT service improvement programs Broad business success in multiple business areas (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement) through improved service delivery models and working in consulting-type roles and consulting organizations The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change and adaptability is required Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression within a complex, global organization Strong business acumen and spreadsheet capability Ability to create analytics using multiple productivity tools in support of business initiatives Must be self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment Ability to propose innovative solutions to business and technical challenges Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc.
