is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems Provides support for the escalation and

communication of status to agency management and internal customers Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Provides assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems Optimizes system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning Provides in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems Provides detailed analysis

and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets Supports the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware Possesses a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Analyzes and resolves complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Fifteen (15) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

At least seven (7) years' experience deploying Microsoft Windows-based servers, including Active Directory and email OR at least two (2) years' experience deploying Microsoft Windows-based servers, including Active Directory and email with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification At least seven (7) years' experience deploying Linux-based and Solaris-based servers At least five (5) years’ experience PC hardware troubleshooting Shall have demonstrated experience in maintaining lab system infrastructure, including: desktop workstations, the lab computer network, server computers, backup systems, power and cooling systems, IT asset management systems, printers, scanner and other peripherals Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. The person in this position needs to be occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
