  • Location: Norfolk, VA

(NCTE) PM to deliver FST and LVC training capability. The candidate should possess ability to establish system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.

More About the Role: In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to: Design architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Ensure systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architecture, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) reference models, and profiles

of standards – such as Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model – as they apply to the implementation and specification of Information Management (IM) solution of the application platform, across the Application Program Interface (API), and the external environment/software application.

Ensure the common operating environment is TAFIM compliant. Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflow, organization, and planning develops appropriate corrective action. You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Five (5) years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field. This experience should show

increasing responsibility in development or maintenance of software and/or information networks.

Active U. S. Secret Clearance. Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $74,600-$156,700. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
