staging New business processes Blueprint creation by Project and/or Store configuration Development and improvement of implementation documentation: Site survey process guides and documentation Implementation process and project plan templates, unique to Customer Work hand in hand with the Account Manager on new solutions to solve real problems that the retailer is experiencing in their business.
Prepare presentations/drawings to help sell the solution and transfer to Project Management. Know the latest with industry trends and be familiar with the latest technology on the market Participate in sales meetings/conference calls, as needed, both internally and with customers to discuss account

Experience with CAD drawings Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools Good understanding of pricing including margins and foreign exchange. Comfortable working alone and handling your own schedule. Excellent presentation skills – Technical enough to present to an IT person but personable enough to explain the technology to a non-technical person. Be able to travel (In Country, occasionally regionally).
