This position will
support multiple sector programs, and will be located in Melbourne, FL. This position can be filled at the Level 03 or Level 04 position Job Description: Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail
trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Provide senior advisory and planning services for system-based training with knowledge of the relevant training solutions and emerging technologies, and support a team of developers with technical design, development, and delivery of innovative training and performance support solutions. The training and innovation solutions architect is responsible for designing and implementing systems with short-term and long-term goals that strategically align with the weapons training and operational systems. Provide expertise and architectural assistance to implement a Model Based Systems Engineering design approach.
Research-driven solutions will inform current and future investments and deployment of systems that maximize training results while decreasing cost. Roles and responsibilities: Provide design influence for program software and hardware components Design, develop, and validate hardware and software components for trainers and simulators Develop research and engineering solutions for training COTS hardware and software configurations Independently research emerging technology trends for integration into the training and performance support deployments Advise on design packages in standard CAD tools such as CPLM.

Experience in integration of Do D LVC, DMO or Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with virtual simulators and constructive computer-generated forces using Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) Protocol, Global Reusable Interface Domain (GRID)/Government Simulation Interface (GSI) as simulation protocols and simulation environment interfaces.
Experience in immersive/highly interactive courseware development tools. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
