complex structural analysis and prepare design calculations for building/transit facilities. Develop structural details and construction plans using Auto CAD, Revit, or Micro Station. Assist and check design calculations performed by others. Prepare geometric layouts, construction specifications, and material quantity calculations.
Establish and maintain corporate relationships with all employees, clients, and other stakeholders. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and 10 - 15+ years of experience. Master's degree preferred. - P. E. or S. E. license in MA, CT and/or RI or the ability to obtain. Proficiency with Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD
Pro, Br D, Mathcad, Microsoft Excel. Familiar with structure design code, IBC and State Building Code and DOT standard. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Experience with DOT Facilities Criteria is a plus. Possess the ability to work collaboratively with other interfacing multi-disciplinary team members (i. e. managers, electrical and mechanical engineers, and architects). Demonstrated administrative, organizational and self-management skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Available for periodic regional travel.
