Analytics and Reporting Defining and monitoring key metrics to backss initiatives and drive brand success. Analyzing marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure

the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Providing regular reports to management to showcase the impact of marketing efforts on business goals. Budget Management Building and managing an adequate marketing budget, optimizing the use of all internal resources, agencies, and selected vendors.

Managing the marketing budget efficiently to allocate resources to different campaigns and initiatives effectively. Content Creation and Optimization Conducting thorough research on relevant topics to generate valuable and engaging content. Developing straightforward, concise content that aligns with the brand's voice and target audience. Collaborating closely with the content team to create and schedule

engaging social media posts. Social Media Management Managing and monitoring of various social media channels such as You Tube, Instagram, and Tik Tok Ensuring brand consistency across all social media platforms Providing insightful recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.

Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and voice. Website Management: Managing and updating website content using content management systems (CMS). Collaborating closely with the design and development teams (CDM) to ensure website optimization, user experience improvements, and adherence to SEO best practices Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
