The resident will work at the direction of the Dell team and will assist with the following: • Day to day operational activities /tasks• Monitor daily operations of cyber vaulto Data Domain replication and healtho Cyber Recovery logs• Optimize the cyber vault components to ensure a smooth run stateo Investigate and report on supportability
of customer-initiated hardware and software changes to the Cyber Recovery Vault infrastructure and protected date including patchingo Manage capacity and performance of replication jobs• Participate in the recovery and restore operations at the direction of the Dell Team/customer• Conducts knowledge transfer to address the Customer's skills and resource gaps of vault operations IMPORTANT: The customer has a 6 to 8 week onboarding process that must be completed before the resource can start.
The target start date assumes the resource will be selected in the next couple of weeks (9/12) and then the onboarding process will start. Resource needs to understand this and commit to waiting for
