Conduct engineering analysis, development, and design, preparing complete plans and specifications for new work and improvements. Offer technical oversight and evaluation across all engineering disciplines for project work. Independently determine actions necessary for the development and completion of design projects. Coordinate project staff, including architects, engineers, engineering technicians, draftsmen, and clerk/typists.
Survey existing job conditions and collaborate with medical center personnel to determine project scope, phasing, and impact on other medical center services.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited school. Minimum
of six (6) years of experience in both design and construction, with a focus on medical facilities.
Skills and Competencies: Understanding of local, state, and federal jurisdiction requirements. Knowledge of Construction Contract Documents, including Front End and Technical Specifications. Skillset in engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling. Ability to supervise and manage personnel with diverse skillsets. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship. Proficiency in various software programs for monitoring, updating, and producing work products.
