Security vision by partnering closely across three Mission Capabilities teams: Strategic Operations Analysis (OA), Mission Roadmapping, and Capability Integration. Working closely with Business Area Chief OAs, architects, and engineering leaders, the Corporate Chief Analyst coordinates the priorities and plans for operations, mission, and integration analysis to create an integrated analytic agenda designed to inform decisions in the Joint All-Domain Operations spectrum.

The Corporate Chief Analyst provides oversight and ensures analytic rigor for all Corporate/MDI-led analysis projects, including but not limited to Mission Capability Roadmap analysis and 21st Century Security. The role

ensures Corporate-led analysis consistently applies critical thinking, scientific methods, statistical approaches, engineering practices, operational mathematics techniques, and data science.

The role requires leadership of analysis priorities, methods, and objectives across all security levels, so the selected applicant should have experience with Special Access Programs. The Corporate Chief Analyst engages with the Business Areas’ analytic communities of practice to shape the requirements and expand the community’s capabilities, including the JADO Synthetic Environment, by advancing the techniques for researching, developing, integrating and deploying advanced modeling, data analytics,

simulation and analysis (MDS&A) methods and toolsets to quantify the impact of operational concepts, AI/ML algorithms, vehicle design, payloads, and tactics across multiple missions and domains.

The Corporate Chief Analyst serves as a lead consultant to management in priorities and long-range planning concerning new or projected areas of technical research and advancements, providing strategic coordination and thought leadership across domains, LM Business Areas (BAs), and Corporate to assist with developing concepts, theories, and products and to support business development. Some travel required. Basic Qualifications: o An existing TS/SCI clearance is required for this role o Experience leading highly visible initiatives and to collaborate across business areas or government groups and incorporate strategic thinking into mission analysis efforts o 10+ Experience working closely with Customers, Analysts, Engineers, Mission SMEs across business areas or government organizations o 15+ years of experience preparing for and briefing leadership on strategic initiatives related to mission analysis or other similar government mission focused initiatives o 10+ years of experience developing, tracking, and briefing plans and strategies for technology evaluation in analysis projects/portfolios o Strong analytical background with leadership capacity Desired Skills: o Strong background in analytical thinking, modeling, simulation, and data analysis is desired.

o Background in systems or system-of-systems analysis o Background in model-based systems engineering or related architecture methodologies o Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication o Experience briefing senior level customers and stakeholders on concepts and working to listen to an identify customer analysis needs Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
