around the globe 24x7x365. Systems Architects perform tier four architecture and engineering support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. Individuals in this position require an extensive background in all aspects of systems technology.
Systems Architects develop and document web site architectures and best practices, and provide design and architectural recommendations for long-term/chronic problem resolution, such as MILCON and Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3 A) standards. Systems Architects troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, cloud, and data networks and evaluate the impact of architectural changes on the network. Systems Architects must possess excellent written
and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
They typically have a background in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Systems Architects maintain currency in applicable industry standards from bodies such as the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), as well as applicable military standards such as MILCON and Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3 A) standards. These settings include password policies, email protection, device management, and more. backss the set-up of Office 365 email and other services (such as Exchange Online, Share Point Online, One Drive for Business, and Teams) to meet USSOCOM's needs and enable collaboration and communication.
Evaluate Office 365 and Cisco Jabber usage (monitoring service health, analyzing usage reports, and responding to user feedback and support requests) and recommend changes to USSOCOM for service improvement. backss Office 365 and Cisco Jabber updates and new features and evaluate how they may impact USSOCOM. Review and make recommendations for configuration settings for USSOCOM's use and set up of Cisco Jabber, including installing the software/updates, configuring settings, and connecting to USSOCOM's server(s). Review and recommend changes to the configuration of chat and calling features for Cisco Jabber to meet USSOCOM's needs.
This involves backssing chat rooms, audio and video settings, and call forwarding and voicemail.
