WHAT YOU WILL DO: This office environment is dog-friendly! Write project proposals for new clients with direction from lead designer. Design Meetings - be able to present w/ lead

designer present. Site Meetings - accompany lead designer. Set up and break down of meetings. Taking meeting notes. Project management of partial renovations for residential, hospitality or commercial.

Work on designs in association with Lead Designer. Obtain design approvals from Lead Designer prior to presentation to Client. Drawing documentation required within schematic designs, design development, construction documents. Material and FF&E selection, specifications, and schedules. Direct communication with Clients, Contractors and Vendors throughout the project. General understanding of the procurement process and can assist when needed. Responsible for the organization and implementation

of deliveries and installations for FF&E. Business Development: Networking with Builders/Contractors, Architects, Clients, Marketing: Photo Shoot styling shopping and attendance at shoots for all staging/styling.

WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor's Degree and/or master's degree in Interior Design OR Interior Architecture NCIDQ Certified, or has started licensing process. Residential Interior Design experience P rofessional experience within all aspects of interior design including concept design, space planning, graphic presentations, color and material selection, documentation, and FF&E selection and specification. E xperience in many aspects of project management including budgets, finish and fixture schedules, general project organization, project timelines, and project management.

Basic knowledge and understanding of the Massachusetts Building Code requirements. Auto Cad Software experience. Must have used Photoshop, and Power Point in professional setting. 3D modeling and rendering design skills preferred, Revit rendering skills desired. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Onsite: 32 hours/week This is a dog-friendly office. Full benefits Exempt/full-time
