Manager, you will be expected to: Understand a client’s business strategy and lead work defining the link with technology and the architecture landscape, including organization, information, and infrastructure & applications Quickly understand a client’s (IT) operating model, including the organizational structure, processes, and governance Lead backssment for our clients on their key IT strengths and weaknesses, based on rigorous analysis and technology & industry knowledge Coordinate creation of blueprints & recommendations and translate them in actionable roadmaps for complex and large technology environments – building future-proof architectures using modern technologies like cloud, edge

computing, next-gen connectivity, event streaming, platform architectures and more Manage the full lifecycle of strategy definition in the right way; ensuring the right setup during strategy definition and functioning as a guardian of the architecture to make sure that initiatives & roadmap build-up comply with the set guidelines without jeopardizing business objectives Lead communication effectively at C-Level by developing consistent and compelling storylines Guide our clients through the transformation program to successfully implement their strategies.

Here's what you need: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in relevant Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture domains Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in at least three of the following areas: organizational change management, business case analysis, process reengineering, performance reporting, and risk management.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in at least two of the following domains: Digital Strategy, IT Cost Reduction, IT Infrastructure, IT Security Strategy, ERP ecosystems, cloud strategy, application portfolio optimization, legacy modernization Experience in leading consulting or customer-facing project-based work Bonus points if you have: Experienced in taken accountability in and growing client relationship with senior client stakeholders and addressing their needs proactively Experience in IT Strategy, IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks Experience in at least one of the following (emerging) technologies: i Paa S, service meshes, event-driven architectures, artificial intelligence, virtualized computing Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance required, likely to obtain CI poly Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
