You'll often act as an integrated team lead and facilitate small projects or initiatives. Investigate and evaluate how to improve and enhance the processes of our product sales, and develop recommendations for our Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst (Business Systems Specialist) will support and/or facilitate the development and delivery of solutions leveraging knowledge of: business end-users, stakeholders, goals, requirements, current and desired future states.
