Visit for more details. Responsibilities The sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform in the role of a System Integrator. The primary focus will be to provide Front Office and Principal tasking and external vendor engagement support. As a critical member of a larger Principal Support team, the Systems Integrator

should also be flexible and prepared to provide cross-functional, uninterrupted support during planned and unexpected absences on the larger support team.

Primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited, to the following: Function as the primary point of contact for Industry partners, by being responsible for internal taskings/monitor taskings/compiling tasking responses Tracking and monitoring on-going external and internal engagements/events and initiatives Developing and maintaining a records management system for the organization of the external and internal events and engagements Preparing high level meeting summaries, highlighting actions items, due dates and

other key leadership feedback for external and internal events and engagements Researching and preparing background information and/or talking points for events to include information on other meeting attendees, potential issues and situational awareness Completing prep-work and holistic logistics for all events, including but not limited to travel, clearance submissions, venue, etc.

Summarizing correspondence, highlighting key issues and topics and providing follow-up to ensure appropriate timely action is taken Managing and updating the emails, or other tracking mechanisms, updating postings, announcements and documentations Coordinating with other offices to review materials for release by following standard operating procedures and policies Capturing actions and track to completion, including metrics and statics reporting Provide strategic planning support to senior leadership Monitoring and assisting in facilitation and coordination of office responses to Corporate Action Taskings Providing project management and oversight, including monitoring of scheduled activities and milestones; monitoring progress, providing status reports, and coordinating with staff personnel to resolve any issues/impediments Occasional local travel Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Demonstrated experience with C-suite level or Executive support Excellent judgement, strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to prepare executive level correspondence Outstanding organization and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations of initiatives on schedule to meet deadlines in a timely manner Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and prioritize tasks Strong critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills which can be applied to processes with a “can-do” attitude Excellent interpersonal and networking skills Ability to work as a member of the team Strong ability to be a self-starter, complete tasks with little to no oversight Bachelor’s degree (or 3 years working experience in a relevant field) and at least 10 years of demonstrated experience Desired Qualifications Familiarity and experience with customer access management, travel and action tracking tools Prior experience in the customer’s domain – including enterprise IT and/or mission support Masters’ degree (or equivalent experience) in a field related to the position 3 years’ experience in the Intelligence Community EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
