solution Lead the analysis of the technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement Mentor team members in software development principles, patterns, processes and, practices Participate in 24x7 support rotation 5+ years of successful and applicable hands-on experience in software or infrastructure development domain and principles, including design patterns and code structure 5+ years of proven track record of designing and delivering large scale, high-quality systems 3+ years of successful and applicable experience taking a lead role in building complex software ad automation systems that has been successfully delivered to customers Experience building
scalable microservices with Spring Boot Some experience in deploying and managing applications in the cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.
) Strong knowledge of industry trends and industry competition Deep knowledge in a minimum of two of the following technical disciplines: infrastructure and network design, application development, application programming interfaces (APIs), cloud, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations Understanding of network and security architecture Good communication skills and a willingness to work interactively with the rest of the team on both technical and business levels Proven ability to think and contribute at the strategic level Technology Specifics/Requirements: Java or Kotlin Spring Boot Kubernetes Cassandra Elastic Kafka Desired Previous Experience: Any experience in system architecture Any experience in Cloud software service including designing for scale, performance, and reliability Experience building recommender systems or utilizing machine learning Demonstrated capability to build, mentor and maintain an inclusive team-based environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
