let's chat! ___________________ YOUR IMPACT As a Project Architect with CR architecture + design, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic design team that values fresh perspectives and bold talent. You'll take the lead in overseeing, directing, and coordinating documentation for projects of varying complexity and scope.
Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Architect or Project Manager, you'll be responsible for project delivery, ensuring technical excellence while staying within budgeted hours and scheduled timelines. You'll uphold firm & client standards & be a pivotal figure in leading, managing, and holding both internal and external project team members accountable. ________________________
HOW YOU SUCCEED Spearheads the development of design documentation across various architectural phases, from site plans to details, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
Leverages Revit & other software to produce comprehensive architectural design and technical drawing packages. Evaluates & integrates design changes seamlessly into the documentation process. Analyzes, interprets, and applies applicable codes, regulations, and requirements to ensure compliance. Leads the coordination of technical specifications with contract drawings, ensuring all project requirements are met. Fosters seamless collaboration between architectural design and other team members, disciplines,
contractors, owners, and external consultants.
______________________ WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field, from an accredited university/college 8 years of accomplished professional experience with building design projects Experienced in one or more of the following market sectors: Retail, Higher ed, Residential, Office, Hospitality, Public Safety, and/or Mixed-use. Understand & implement quality assurance/control processes, with the ability to review and correct work for accuracy and completeness. Possess a detailed understanding of all phases of architectural document production & the interplay between drawings and specifications.
