single day. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Peer Trainer/Lead Retail Merchandiser to help manage and train merchandisers servicing our greeting card departments in retail locations. The starting pay is $13.60 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location).
After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $14.80. After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $16.00. The weekly average hours are 20 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of hours per week around holidays. Based out of Greenville, SCPrimary Responsibilities: Providing support
to the Field Manager Conduct on the job training to our retail merchandisers Plan, coordinate, and complete revisions in addition to supporting the Field Manager with screening and interviewing candidates Ability to lead and train personnel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Work effectively with team members and store associates Maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to improve productivity Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance Experience Required: LEAD RETAIL MERCHANDISERExperience Required: 3+ years of merchandising experience required Experience hiring and training employees preferred Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information
