Solution Architects work with stakeholders and development staff to build a holistic view of the strategy, processes, information, and overall development path for our organization. Likewise, they are expected to be very current on good software development standards and proper solutioning – this is not a high-level, all paper, no-code-necessary position.
We are looking for hands-on architects! We’re in the process of moving our infrastructure from tightly-bound dependencies, to a more modern and extensible service-based architecture.
Our current technology stack is predominantly based around. NET, so qualified candidates should align with that direction. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field); or equivalent combination of education and experience required 8+ years of Object-Oriented Development experience, with language emphasis in C# or demonstrated equivalent level of proficiency 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade solutions and/or functioning as a Software Architect Experience with Microsoft
Visio, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or similar diagraming tools Agile Methodology understanding and experience working with Scrum Teams.
Working knowledge of technology life-cycle management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Demonstrated leadership skills – experience leading development teams within a large enterprise is a plus Previous experience working with offshore or remote resources is a plus
