and the adoption of new technologies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain an architecture roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and investments to achieve business objectives and strategic goals.
• Work in an agile development environment and with Dev Ops practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous delivery. • Evaluate and mitigate architectural risks and challenges, making recommendations for risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. • Participate in the selection and evaluation of technology vendors and solution providers, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements. • Mentor and coach architects and other technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and technical excellence.
• Partners with users and product team to understand custom application product/infrastructure O&M operational needs; translates these into a support model for the programs. • Establishes vision, identifies and champions internal / external best practices, tools, and ideas to improve applications and related platforms and services. • Communicates operational status to and leadership and across team leads • Liaison amongst team leads, program manager and users for multiple sites Requirements: • Due to federal requirements, only US Citizens can be considered.

Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.
