Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS). Applicant will manage agreements with Cloud Service Providers (CSP). Analyses CSPs' operations and services and track performance to established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Work with CSPs to resolve issues and take corrective action as needed. Monitor technology obsolescence, evaluate alternative Cloud capabilities and infrastructures and manage upgrades performs CSP trade studies, and conduct risk and risk mitigation analysis. This position is supporting a proposal. We are expecting award and funding of these positions in February 2024. Primary Roles Liaison with government
customer and industry CSPs. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and securing hardware and software. Coordinate funding with CSPs and government customer Monitor uptime and performance to fulfill their service-level agreements (SLAs).
Helps ensure systems and tools keep up with the latest advancements in cloud technologies. Ensures completeness and compatibility of the technical infrastructure to support system performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or masters degree and 2 years of experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum (up to 10) years of experience within industry preferred. Must
be a U. S. citizen; must possess a current Do D Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Do D 8570 compliance. Be familiar with common CSPs: Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience in the development and implementation of cloud solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Understanding of technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Preferred Qualifications AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification. Certified Cloud Practitioner. Applicant will provide SIGINT SME support to senior leaders in generating, reviewing, prioritizing, and validating new and existing DCGS SIGINT requirements. Applicants must possess a diverse background in multi-domain SIGINT operations, fusion applications and extensive familiarity with the AF Distributed Common Ground System Analysis and Exploitation Team (AET) operations.
The applicant will help orchestrate 480 ISRW SME and Group efforts to conduct SIGINT capability gap analysis, backss data frameworks, and validate associated accesses required to execute AF DCGS SIGINT mission. Applicant will work with MAJCOM, 480 ISRW Staff,
and groups to help integrate new baseline technology, sensors, and data sources that drive desired operational capabilities. Analyst will support in coordinating with MAJCOM program managers on requirements, mission changes, analyzing programming documents and directives, and disseminating guidance as required.
Applicants should possess familiarity with initiatives such as Open Architecture, Disposition of Forces (DOF), Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA), Multi-Source Correlation System (MSCS), Thresher, and SNAPGLASS to develop solutions for CFACC sensor agnostic requirements.
