Primary Responsibilities As the Cyber Architect for RSS, you are the senior cyber resiliency technical lead for the market segment. In this role, you have overall responsibility for technical execution on programs. Within
RMS Cyber Resiliency, technical execution includes people, processes, and performance. Your responsibilitiesinclude: (People) Working with the Cyber Resiliency L-codes and Program Cyber Leads to ensure engineering resources assigned to programs have the necessary training, skills, and abilities, to perform assigned roles.
You will coordinate with leaders to identify and close skill gaps as needed. (Processes) Ensuring standardization and consistency of cyber resiliency engineering processes and tools across the market segment. You will work with program teams and oversee the planning and execution or all penetration testing and related activities ensuring they are appropriately scoped,
cost effective, and satisfy the requirements. (Performance) Overseeing cyber resiliency technical performance on all programs, providing expertise and support as needed.
You will lead other cyber resiliency engineers to ensure proper design, development, integration, and testing of cyber requirements while meeting cost, technical and schedule targets. Other Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining 1LMX Cyber Resiliency capability and technology roadmaps Leading technology development projects to produce new cyber resiliency capabilities Ensuring effective coordination and collaboration between cyber resiliency engineering resources and other market segment engineering resources and stakeholders.
Evaluating and recommending resiliency-enabling technologies to address business needs and requirements. Building and maintaining influential relationships with key stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 10 years or more of experience in cybersecurity. Proven leadership experience, such as a management or technical lead role. Strong experience working with Operating Systems such as Linux, Windows, Cisco, Juniper, etc. Basic Scripting and/or Development Languages, such as python or Shell Scripting. Experience with program development lifecycles and systems engineering.
