Tasked with transforming the client’s intent, the Senior Architect will create and develop overall design concepts and provide creative process leadership to design teams through all phases of projects. Specific responsibilities include: Providing leadership and coordination with project team members from project inception through completion.
Leading the development of construction documents. Collaborating with engineering and construction professionals to deliver our clients’ visions for their projects on schedule and within budget. Leading client presentations and meetings. Qualified candidates will have the following: Bachelor’s degree
in architecture from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred) AIA licensure in Wisconsin (NCARB accreditation preferred). Ten years of commercial design and production experience with conceptual, schematic and construction documents, and construction administration.
Experience leading high performance project teams. Demonstrated software proficiency in Revit and Enscape (proficiency in Bluebeam and Master Spec is a plus). Proficiency in Procore (preferred). Enthusiasm for the design/build approach including collaboration with engineering and construction professionals. Effective working individually and within team environments.
