POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an exceptional Landscape Architect to join a growing team in West Palm Beach.
You will support the Landscape Architecture practice by providing site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production. As the firm serves both public and private sectors, a diverse project experience will be a plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of site and planting plans Site planning and management of multiple projects General project research project coordination
Local regulatory permitting Preparation of technical specifications and bid documents Work closely with project team members and clients to maintain project schedules and resolve project issues REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION 2-5 years of professional experience planning and processing site plans through government entities Proficient with Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/In Design and Microsoft Office Project management and design experience along with strong organization and communication skills Must have ability to travel to project sites as requested Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as within a team structure Knowledge of local South Florida plant material desired Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture

Job Description: Position will be focused primarily on Transportation Landscape Architecture Projects, with the ability to collaborate and contribute on other types of projects, as opportunities and needs arise. Contribute to the overall success of the KEITH Team by following the firm's standards of excellence in design, quality and project execution. Lead and Manage Transportation Landscape Architecture Projects from inception through Construction Administration. Lead design reviews, project meetings, design charettes and
brainstorming sessions with the team. Manage the development of design sketches, sections, illustrative plans, renderings, and other graphic presentation materials.
Research, analyze and interpret safety criteria, land development and tree preservation codes, maintenance standards, and plan formatting requirements. Manage the preparation of technical drawing submittals for all phases of the design process. Assist with tree inventory and analysis both in the field as well as preparation of tree disposition plans and arborist reports. Participate in construction observation including on-site landscape inspections, reviewing and processing of RFIs and submittals, and coordination with contractors and equipment suppliers.
Work collaboratively within KEITH's multidisciplinary team setting to ensure well-coordinated design solutions. Represent the firm at meetings, presentations, organizations, and other activities to help advance the KEITH team's presence in the community.
