THE ROLE We are looking for a Solution Architect – Lending Solutions, to be a critical part of our Sales team in presenting Ncontracts Solutions (lending focus) to prospective clients. This role encompasses
responsibilities related to product demonstrations, regression analysis, and product development engagement. YOU WILL Conduct engaging product demonstrations across multiple Ncontracts Solutions (lending focus).
Maintain and update demonstration databases to ensure the relevance of application features and functionality. Tailor product demonstrations to address the identified needs and pain points of prospective clients. Act as a product expert, answering product functionality questions. Conduct scoping calls with clients to understand their business structure, policies, and requirements, with a focus on identifying their pain points and needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create
a variety of content, such as blogs, white papers, and product sheets.
Participate in public speaking opportunities, including conferences, webinars, and podcasts (travel required, approximately 3-4 times per year). Create Statements of Work (SOW) and deliver them to the legal team for incorporation into Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Addendums. Facilitate kickoff calls with client business units to discuss underwriting and pricing policies, procedures, data analysis, timelines, and the best approach to data analysis and variables. Maintain a proactive approach to tracking open projects, monitoring status levels, and planning next steps. Assist product managers in aligning products with client and regulatory requirements.
Review products before deployment, including participation in testing, and provide valuable feedback on results. Draft data summaries (approximately 2-3 per year). YOU BRING Strong understanding of Ncontracts Solutions and Lending Compliance. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to tailor product demonstrations to meet client needs. Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis is a plus. Content creation experience is a plus. Compensation Information Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed. Develop and maintain complex SQL scripts for data manipulation, retrieval, and seamless integration with microservices. Enhance the performance of SQL scripts, addressing scalability challenges and optimizing query execution for microservices applications. environments. Previous involvement in microservices projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique data challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
