will have the ability to provide administrative support to the Accounting team. Qualified candidates should have the ability to manage multiple priorities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with diverse groups of people. Main Responsibilities: • Embrace the Company’s safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams • Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies • Provides administrative support for accounting team and management team in Gillette, WY • Assist
in entering timecards for the shop foreman • Answers phones and refers calls to appropriate personnel or provides requested information • Performs other duties as assigned or required Education: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Valid drivers’ license with clean driving history required Skills: • Demonstrated computer skills, including Office365 programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook); this position requires intermediate to advanced skill Excel and Power Point file creation and task management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently with general direction, and organize work while managing time effectively • Ability to work under
