High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in an office or customer service setting required Proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires
an above average knowledge of Microsoft Office. Provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion. Triage issues and respond appropriately to issues of greater importance.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints by providing appropriate solutions. The ability to troubleshoot and find alternative solutions in a fast-paced work environment. Communicate any negative trends or problems to the management team. Troubleshoot problems with employees, students, and campus administration.
