Essential Duties and Qualifications: Assist employees with payroll-related questions and communicate with Supervisors regarding employee time tickets and payroll information. Maintain current documentation of confidential employee personnel and payroll records, extract and save new hire applicants' payroll records, and set up new employee information in accounting

software. Calculate employee time tickets according to customer requirements, data entry of time tickets, and assist with processing payroll for +- 750 remote employees.

Have excellent Telephone and Help Desk Skills, proficient with a 12-digit calculator, and be proficient in Excel. Must be detail-oriented, multi-task , work in a fast-paced environment and have experience in Payroll, Accounting or Sage accounting software is a plus.
