Role & Responsibilities: Independently handle a caseload of 401k and cross-tested plans of A-Z administration (including loan & distributions, contributing calculations, plan documents, plan design, etc) Perform plan ADP/ACP compliance testing accurately and timely Provide superior client service and communication to caseload
of ~65-75 plans Maintain industry knowledge and share information with team members Utilize administration systems and other technologies to maximize efficiencies Review and recommend plan design changes to clients Coordinate year-end valuation Read and interpret plan documents Importing census and participant account data Asset Reconciliation/Trust Accounting Year-end valuation Forms 5500, 8955, 5330 Loan, hardship, and distribution review Requirements: Between 4 -8 years of 401(k) retirement plan administration experience Excellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred Experience with Relius software strongly
