Additional duties may include best practice and regulatory compliance audits, compliance research utilizing the applicable regulatory website, and creating/modifying Excel spreadsheets to assist in identifying data trends. This position's objective is to provide support to the claims staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Update data on claim files.2. Conduct best practice and regulatory compliance audits.3. Conduct compliance research utilizing the applicable regulatory website.4. Communicate with internal staff
and claimants, as needed.5. Issue correspondence.6. Assist with Excel spreadsheets.7.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least 60 credit hours with an accredited college or university. Preference may be given to those pursuing a degree in Healthcare or Business Administration. Good computer skills. Proficient in Excel. Good communication skills.
