As a Travel Coordinator, you will: ● Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel arrangements for our customers, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, activities, insurance, etc.
● Verify and confirm all travel bookings, reservations, and payments. ● Prepare and distribute travel documents, vouchers, tickets, and invoices to customers. ● Monitor and update travel schedules, itineraries, and calendars. ● Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before, during, or after the trip. ● Provide
customer service and support via phone, email, chat, or social media. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all travel transactions and activities. To be successful as a Travel Coordinator, you should have: ● A high school diploma or equivalent.
