Providing support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA. Other responsibilities include conducting functional backssments and functional analysis when needed and clinically warranted as well as reviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations,
