Warehouse teams is paramount. Responsibilities will include budgeting, inventory management, supply chain optimization, mentoring and leading Warehouse supervision and planning future warehouse and supply chain processes. The successful candidate will represent Sibanye-Stillwater and its values to all employees; coordinate resources and efforts to compliment other areas in realizing overall goals.

Essential Functions: Provide leadership for safe and productive all Warehousing operations. Coach and mentor the various site leaders in accordance with Sibanye-Stillwater qualities. Regularly interact with the warehouse teams, demonstrating high-level leadership qualities. Work with site senior

leadership teams at each of the mine sites in the continuing development of a focused, engaged warehouse culture throughout the organization. Lead site warehouse teams to ensure maximum productivity and equipment/process availability by safely optimizing warehouse systems.

Be pro-active in all aspects of the warehouse operations; safety, effective and efficient utilization of resources, productivity, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and teamwork across the site. Support Safety and Health Management and Environmental systems and regulatory compliance. Maintain a productive labor relations environment, minimizing unnecessary conflict. Review and adjustment of inventory stocking levels,

monthly review of slow-moving inventory. Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required: Leadership qualities including character, teamwork, communication, business sense, and vision.

Strong ability to coach and mentor others, both peers and subordinates. Minimum of eight years of relevant warehouse experience, with a mix of planning and supply chain background. Understanding of accounting concepts and practices. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in the preparation of operating and capital budgets. Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience Preferred: Four-year degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
