meetings. Maintenance : Reviews maintenance schedules for the tank farm operation, forklifts and all other warehouse operations equipment requiring scheduled services. Inventory: Manages on hand inventory with all vendors through internal software of P21 as well as Vendor Portals.

Provides Branch Manager with daily info regarding potential Out of Stock issues for immediate resolution. Maintains the facility in a clean, efficient, and safe manner. Communication: Maintain open dialogue with appropriate departments about delivery related issues. Serve as key point of contact for operational questions from other departments, outside carriers’ sales representatives, drivers, warehouse team,

and operations leadership on all delivery related inquiries. Workload: Schedules warehouse associates hours to cover daily workload minimizing downtime and overtime.

Complete daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner and executes all reasonable work-related assignments as requested by supervisor. Teamwork: Works cooperatively and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of cooperation, pride, trust and group identity. Demonstrates an understanding of broad team goals and works effectively with others to achieve goals. Must be available for emergency on call to facility for alarm and or emergency orders services. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Industry-specific experience is preferred Supervisory experience Experience with hazardous materials and lubricants Must have valid driver license and a good driving record Must have working knowledge of Department of Transportation truck weight regulations Must have working knowledge of warehousing and transportation procedures and policies Must be able to read, spell, write and comprehend English at an intermediate level Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with emphasis on Multi-Tasking Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Forklift-certified Must have working knowledge (advanced proficiency preferred) in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Must be able to collaboratively work in a team environment as well as independently Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions Must be able to deal with stressful situations while keeping calm PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to effectively tour the facility and its operations multiple times a day.
